Robert F. McCarthy

Robert F. McCarthy was educated at Siena College and the Albany Law School of Union University.  He is admitted to practice in New York and in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.  He is a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations. 

Mr. McCarthy practices in Albany, New York.  He concentrates in the areas of includes construction  litigation including lien work, foreclosure actions, bond claims, work outs, and construction back charges.  His work in the Bankruptcy Court includes both debtor and creditor work in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11, adversarial proceedings, and lift stay motions.  Mr. McCarthy appears in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the northeastern United States the US Virgin Islands and Florida.
